If so, or even if you just enjoy a refreshing ale with friends, James River Writers has an event for you: our first Books & Brews bus tour of some of Central Virginia’s finest craft breweries.
Meeting at the Downtown Capital Ale House, our group will board a deluxe motorcoach to arrive at Ardent Brewing, Richmond’s newest brewery, for a tour and tasting. From there, we will head to Midnight Brewery in Rockville, and then to Richmond’s original craft brewer, Legend Brewery in Manchester, returning to Capital Ale House.
Ticket includes bus ride to and from breweries, tour and tastings at the breweries, a commemorative beer glass, silent auction, and literary trivia between stops. JRW members are encouraged to bring some friends and can purchase up to 3 additional tickets for non-JRW members at the member price.
