For Opportunities and Member News Submissions to Get Your Word On:
Get Your Word On is published on the second Tuesday of each month. Submissions must be received by the Wednesday before the issue’s release date. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
- Submit events and activities for the Opportunities section using this form (including classes, workshops, contests, speaking opportunities for authors, book fairs). We also invite you to submit appropriate Opportunities items to be listed on our online Literary Events Calendar. See below.
For Literary Events Calendar Submissions:
Please send items for the Literary Events Calendar a minimum of three weeks prior to the event to [email protected], and include the following: who, what, when, where, a description in fifty words or less, contact, cost, and web address (if applicable). Events not included in our online Literary Events Calendar will not be included in Get Your Word On. Events must be open to the public.
