2012 Annual Conference

Cost
Pre-Conference Workshops: $40
Early-Bird Registration Fee (through Aug. 31, 2012): $200
Regular Registration Fee (after Sept. 1, 2012): $240
One Day Only: $170

Registration fee includes:
♦  Admission to sessions on Saturday, Oct. 20 and Sunday, Oct. 21
♦  Plated meal at Library of Virginia Literary Awards Luncheon on Saturday
♦  Sandwich lunch buffet on Sunday
♦  Registration for one-on-one pitch sessions, Pitchapalooza, and First Pages Critique

Refunds
Written requests for refunds must be postmarked or emailed no later than Oct. 1, 2012. A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed. No refunds will be provided after Oct. 1.

JRW Member Priority
Through July 31, 2012, JRW members receive priority registration for pre-conference workshops and the one-on-one meetings with agents and the Book Doctor. Non-member registration for these programs will be considered after July 31. (Not a member? Join now!)

First Pages Critiques
There is no additional fee to submit the first pages of your book. See the First Pages web page for more details.

Pitchapalooza
There is no additional fee to present your elevator pitch to our panel of experts for critique. See the Pitchapalooza web page for more details.

Meet With a Literary Agent, Publisher and/or The Book Doctor
One-on-one meetings will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis during the conference until all slots are full. No additional fee is required, but registration is required.
